The screen ban means that mobile phones, tablets and computers may not be used in these areas. We previously had a photography ban, but the rules now apply to all use of screens.

The main reason is safety in the pool areas. An accident can happen quickly and without warning, and full attention can be crucial. As an adult, you are always responsible for accompanying children, which is why we ask that screens are kept in lockers during your visit.

The screen ban also helps protect our guests’ privacy and reduces the risk of someone unintentionally appearing in photos or videos.

Instead, we encourage presence, social interaction and time together without screens.
