By following our guidelines, you help create a safe and pleasant environment for everyone. It makes the experience better – for you and for other guests.

Information for visitors

To swim without a guardian, you must be at least 12 years old and able to swim.

By “able to swim”, we mean that you can swim 200 metres, including 50 metres on your back.

Children and young people under 18 who are not able to swim must be accompanied by a swimming adult in the pools.

Swimming is only permitted in swimwear. Underwear is not allowed.

All pools close 30 minutes before the facility closes.

You can pay by card or Swish.

Photography and filming are only allowed with permission from staff.

It is not permitted to bring glass or glass bottles into the facility.

The gym is open during the facility’s regular opening hours.

Please clean machines and equipment with disinfectant after use.

We use padlocks. They are available for purchase at the reception for SEK 50 each.

The spa area has a limited capacity of 30 guests (15 women and 15 men).

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the facility.

Please shower and wash with soap and shampoo before entering the pools. This is important for everyone’s comfort and for maintaining water quality. Soap and shampoo are available in the showers.

As a parent, adult or group leader, you are always responsible for the safety and well-being of children in your care. Never leave children unattended.
